Honda odyssey which one!? (best, seats, mileage, paperwork)

Have seen 2 Odysseys one $5000 with 170 miles but new transmition at 140 miles. Or one for $7000 with 125 miles no new transmition. Both same model, leather seats and 2003.
Not sure which is best, I know little about motors. A tree crushed mine on Monday so need another ASAP!! Am paying cash.

other then the new trans, do either come with maintenance records? Who did the rebuild on the trans? if there warranty with it? Have you driven both? Lower miles is always better IMO

No history on the lower mileage one it was a trade in at Toyota. Other one has transmition paperwork but going to see it in an hour. If not can try to find one with service history, seems hard to find that though!!
