Ha, honestly, the 2nd pic... if you gotta get the car moved and don't have a wheel and you're a long ways from a tow truck....
Kinda reminds me of Car Talk episode where one of them were talking about repairing a blown tranny/engine/something major. They said something along the lines that in the US, we'd scrap it, but in Mexico, they'd hunt around for parts new or used and make it work no matter what (note that's a very generalized statement since every time I've been to Mexico, I see nicer cars than a lot neighborhoods in the US)
