I hear kitty litter works well and I'd try it if I had a cat, but I don't. I use dry sweep and dish soap. Both are cheap and work well. When I worked in a shop we used dry sweep then a citrus gel. It smelled great and was amazing for cleaning, but I don't know what it's called.
I always used Speedy-dry. It is reusable multiple times. I think I'm still using the same bag I bought 15 years ago. The best way to use it is to put it down and leave it down for a few days. It will pull the oil out of the concrete
i just soak it up using whatever method i fell like that day, then to remove the oil on the cement, i spray some Zep 50 on it and then scrub it in with a broom then spray it with a hose and its gone. that stuff will take off anything.
