ha according to that chart prices were at their lowest around 2000 right when Clinton was leaving the White House, then suddenly around 2001 they shot up, are you for real?
Gee all the big oil companies were the top contributors to Bushs campaign and look at those prices from 2000 to present, coincidence? I think not

Seriously, if you're just going to go on a prolonged hyperpartisan rant and cling to conspiracy theories in face of facts and information that undermine your position, go hang out in the Politics and Other Controversies forum. The reason that forum exists is so that the rest of us don't have to put up with this kind of nonsense.

Bush I had the same contributors as Bush II.
I knew I couldn't convince you so all I can do is present materials so others reading the thread with an open mind can decide between the points you've made and the points I've made.
My work here is done and I appreciate the support you've given me.

You are not alone. That chart shows nothing but a huge rise in gas prices after Bush invaded Iraq. This situation reminds me of the mortgage problem we have in this country. Two years ago there were charlatans telling people we had no subprime problem. Now, incredibly, they are still out there telling people the same story.

While you may be tyingtofigureitout...you definitely have not figured it out. You have NO idea what prices will do in the future.
