I owned a 1994 Nissan Quest and sold it with 208,000 miles on it. It was still running great.

My 89 Volvo 240 wagon has 236k and I plan to keep it forever. It inspired me to buy 2 more just like it. There's a lot to be said for good old low-techness.

My wifes 94 Civic is about to rollover 315k and the beater Mazda truck I have is at 226k. The Civic was purchased with 254k on it and it needed a Headgasket. I replaced the HG and havent done a thing to it since(other than fluid changes, tire rotations etc). Gets nearly 40mpg all while driving the hell out of it.

hahaha, OK gotta call BS on that. I don't think '72 truck even came with a 6 digit odometer. I bet the "2" was a 10th mile marker.
