Don't be too fast to throw the assembly line under the bus, Southern.

Over the years many vehicles with plenty of "unique personality" have rolled off an assembly line, however, most, if not all, of those from "over there" tend to be bland mirror images nowadays.

Do I get to sell it?

That'd likewise be my only use for it. I wouldn't have any use for it, but if I could flip it for a decent profit, yeah. That's partly why I'd never pay anything close to what the market thinks it's worth. My only interest in it would be making a profit on reselling it.

Did I say I wouldn't pay a penny for it. I said I wouldn't pay a dime for it. Last time I checked both a nickle and a penny are less then a dime. But what part of I have no need for it do you not understand? I have a 91 Miata, 2006 Trailblazer, and a 2013 GTI. I have my "sports" car, my off road toy and my DD. The only use I would have for the Accord is to sell it. Anything more then a dime, it would not be worth my time, to pay taxes/reg/ins on it, and then deal with the hassle of selling it.

If I like a car, and if its rock solid reliable and suits my needs, I wouldn't care if there's a zillion of them just like it on the road.

It's kinda like a pair of Levi's jeans, everybody and his brother own a pair, but they're comfortable and I know they're good, so I'm going to keep buying them.

OK smarta$$! I don't give a damn about what you drive and so is OP I am sure or anyone for that matter. How was your comment helpful to OP - please explain? Did you leave that smarta$$ comment so that you can share what you drive and bash Accord?

He asked what I would pay for it. I gave an honest answer. I wasnt bashing the car. It fills the need for a large portion of this country(which would be why they sell/hold their value so well) It just has zero value to me. I only posted what I own because you asked if I was being serious. I was perfectly fine with leaving my post as is.

Again how the hell your comment was helpful in anyway that I can't figure out? Were you feeling obligated to reply because the OP PM'd you? I guess not. "Honest answer" - I guess you really have no idea what honest means.

I'd pay $0 too because black and Houston don't mix. In Houston heat, the black color will turn into faded black (my dad used to have a black car). I would only buy black, if it isn't my daily, the car does not sit in the sun, or it is garaged. If I had to pay for the car without the heat and sun, I'd wouldn't pay over $10,000. A brand new 2013 Accord LX cost around $21K (includes rear view camera).
