Some mentally defective "human being" pulled a small hit 'n' run on us in a parking lot in Dallas. You can barely even tell its there, were it not for the parktronic sensor the pressure of the impact pushed out of its socket. There's just a small hole in the bumper & the sensor is still working, just always beeping because it's reading the inside of the bumper as something in about to hit.

Any ideas how to fix this? Cost? Thanks in advance! :-)

Depends. Need more info.

If it's something as simple as laying on the ground and reaching behind the bumper and popping it back into place, it could be free.

If the bumper is going to have to come off, it could be more.

2008 Honda Odyssey. And I tried to poke my finger in there & "get it out"....couldn't do it. Even if I manage to "pop it back in there", how am I going to keep the sensor from falling back in? ???

OP, I don't think you will be able to get at it. Take it to a body shop, NOT a mechanical shop, they are half the labor of the mech shop and could possibly only need to loosen up the driver's side of the cover and reset it into place. The link is to the factory illustration of the rear bumper.
