Has anybody seen this show on BBC? It is without a doubt the most clever and funniest thing I've seen since the good old days of SNL!

Parts of the show are for the more automotively-inclined, but you don't have to know anything about cars to get a real kick out of it!

Ive seen several episodes. Didnt find it to be very funny though. Its interesting, they test many great cars and have good comparisons, but some of them are a little wacky. I prefer Car and Driver TV anyday over Top Gear, but thats just my opinion.

Top Gear is the best. Their best episode IMO was where they tried to destroy the Toyota pickup truck.

I like the show well enough but Clarkson's persistent, gratuitous anti-Americanism is a little much and almost ruins the show for me.

It's pretty funny stuff. Used to be British humor was obtuse and wierd, now it is pretty wacky and American humor is becomming dry and boring.

My favorite episode is where they are going to New Orleans through Alabama and they scrawl anti-NASCAR and homoerotic stuff on their cars.

That's probably my second favorite episode.

If you look at with the mindset of it being a "car review" show, you won't like it. It's more of a comedy show with cars interspersed throughout it.

I did like the episode where they blow up the Corvette via machine gun fire from a helicopter. Weird show.

Is part of that show posted on Youtube? If that's the one...that was bogus. It was like somebody in Alabama made a face at them and they freaked. Those guys are hallucinating.
