NO. Heck, NO. I enjoy DRIVING, not being bus-ed or limo-ed around. Plus, you know what will happen, right? A little glitch or hack....

No. I enjoy driving, it relaxes me. I don't even enjoy being a passenger, I trust my own skills more than anyone else's.
And I'm certainly not about to put my safety and others' under the control of Google or whoever.

Ha! Fifteen years ago when I was still working and commuting, I regularly saw people eating breakfast and putting on their makeup at the wheel.

This might really be the start of something big.
building special roads = huge taxpayer cash

i think they should be implemented in the future...the google car has been driving around by itself now and has had 3 accidents to date...none of which were its fault

if it equals safety then of course id be all for it, people who like to drive can take there cars to the tracks if they wanted to drive by themselves.

I don't enjoy driving. I see it as wasted time so if I could delegate my driving chores to a computer while I do something else it would be an improvement in my view.

I would absolutely get one because it seems like everything I've read about them has praised the safety of them. Plus imagine being able to nap or relax and enjoy coffee while driving. OR I could see it being great for college students who drink heavily - they wouldn't have to worry about drinking and driving. If the car drives itself, just hop in and it'll take ya home.

A self-driving car... my lawyer would have a field day in court with that one!
