Assuming they bring it over, why would it matter whether its a Buick or a Chevy?
I never understood the multiple brands line of GM. To me, a Buick or Chevy or Pontiac are basically just Chevrolets. They have the same basic reliability issues.

They may have the same basic reliability issues. The trim level on a Buick used to be much better than a Chevy. Also I sold Buicks in the 80's and the Buick Century was built on the same basic platform as the Chevy Cavalier, the Century held it's value considerably better than the Chevy did.

No, the Buick Chevy Cavalier was the Buick Skyhawk. The Century (1980s)was on the same platform as the Chevy Celebrity.
Not a bad looking car, but I'll reserve judgment until I see one in the flesh. As a PP said, the rear reminds me of a Chrysler 200 convertible. The front has a little bit of VW, or maybe older Mercedes look to it. I'd want it to have a bigger engine than a 4-cylinder turbo with more than 190-something HP.
They would need to make it cheaper. It's price range when converted from British Pounds would be $38K-$47K. That is a lot of money for what is a smallish convertable (184 inches in length, about the size of a Cruze which is no surprise since it rides on the GM Delta II platform).
