What's worth for me will not be worth for you. Nor for anyone else. Test drive both, put your big boy pants or girl skirt on, and make YOUR OWN decision YOU will be comfortable with.
An Acura TL, while it is a nice car, costs in the same neighborhood as the Audi A4, Mercedes C class and BMW-3 series. It does not have anywhere close to the "brand-name" cachet as either of those three brands or even compared to Lexus and Cadillac.
I would look at a TL as there are many differences between the Accord, SH-AWD, better materials, and things like HID lights, etc.

I find the TL has better handling than the Accord and the feel of the road is different. I personally like the TSX but it is smaller than the TL. I would get the TL personally
I'd say you can't go wrong. In May I got a 2011 Honda Accord V-6 with everything on it, and I love it. I came really close to getting a 2009 TL, and occasionally I do wish I'd got it. It was literally a 50-50 shot. But then again, I'd have an older car with more wear and tear. I feel I'd be about equally happy (that is, ecstatic and love everything about my car) either way.
The prototype for the new '15 TLX is supposed to be revealed in Detroit this month.
I would take this into consideration before making a decision.
As for the current TL vs Accord, unless you are going for the SH-AWD, personally I would rather take the loaded Accord.
The Accord is brand new and the current TL is on its way out. Altho TL probably has better material, the Accord has more tech I believe.
I'd get the Accord because it has adaptive cruise control. ACC is a necessary feature for my next car. I hope Acura adds it to the TSX, TL, and RDX because it's only on the RLX (base is $48k, to get ACC it's over $60k) and the MDX (base is $42k, to get ACC it's over $50k).
