Over the years I have owned a Gran Prix GTP and Olds Aurora which had a "wrap around dash" that had the look and feel of a **** pit. Are there any new cars out there with that look and feel?

Have no clue what you are talking about. What is an **** pit? Could you post some pictures for reference?

Unfortunately the word I used was for some reason censored. The dash looks like an aircraft dash. Maybe as one word it will get through "cockpit".

Corvette tends to focus all the controls and dashboard layout around the driver and the passenger seat tends to be an afterthought

Ford Taurus has a setup like that. Makes me feel claustrophobic, personally.
