I feel the same way about beating those same cars in my little old Nissan... GT-R. Japan #1! Japan #1!
I used to work with a guy that had a model before it was called GTR? It was his baby. I can honestly say I've only had Japanese dirt bikes. I am running Koyo bearings in my Jeep since Timken went to China and the quality dropped.
I have to wonder if this Venom GT engine has been pulled apart, or if GM provides the base for them. The compression is lower than a ZO6, and I'm assuming the cam has been changed.
Wow, that car is as heavy as 70's Caddilac? Bigger engine, but still getting spanked by a Small Block Chevy. Nothing better than beating guys with Porsche, BMW's, and Mercedes in my little old Jeep.
Extracting a lot of hp out of a turbo engine is not very hard. Just check out the small F1 turbo engines from the 80s. Bugatti customers wanted something special. A V8 engine is all too common. Pagani have now replaced the NA AMG V12 engine with turbo AMG V12. They could have gone for a NA V8, but their customers did not want to pay €1 mill + for V8.
Veyron still represents the pinnacle of auto engineering. The level of refinement is hugely impressive. The Venom is just a very fast kit car in comparison.
Yep, and even the Hennessey would not qualify as the build number is 29
It's interesting to watch YouTube videos of Agera's easily beating Veyrons and listening to the Veyrons driver trying to come up with excuses like traction control was on, etc...easier to watch on mute
Might struggle with California emission's too? You gotta give it to that girl though.
