T-Bird Conversion
Okay, a friend of mine was telling me briefly about a customization company that replaces the entire shell of the early-mid 90s style Thunderbirds to make them look like 1950s hot rods. I am overly excited and VERY VERY interested in this for my 1995 T-bird . Does anyone know anything about this and/or where I can find this place?

I dont know anything about the company nor conversion, but I do have to ask "WHY?" And the words "T-Bird" and "hot rod" dont exactly go together.

Maybe they mean using the frame and such for the hot rod much like for cobra kits you use the frame from a fox body mustang.
Remember though, with enough money anything is possible. Case in point is the Ford Focus. There is a company that converts it to a rear wheel drive and you can put a 5.0 in there with a manual tranny

Answer: Why not?
I know T-bird and Hotrod don't go together, that's the point. I WANT them to. I want my Chicken to be spiffy-looking like the hot rods she usually crushes on. )

I have found various websites that offer similar services but I haven't found one yet that specializes in the T-bird converts.
