As either a pedestrian or driver.....I am very hesitant to trust just anybody.
Some Ja88ass will wave to me, signaling for me to go ahead and cross in front of their car..........then they fricken zoom by as soon as I have cleared their car by 2 feet....that is why I would rather they go first, then I cross.
So many people driving are either devious, totally distracted or incompetent......best to err on the side of caution. IMHO the egotistical old geezers are the worst, refusing to make adjustments for their decreased skill level.....next up is the cellphone ninnies.
