Real men = old school construction workers working out in the elements from freezing temperatures to blistering heat with hands swollen from their toil. Ah, the good ole days.
I am impressed with the Asian bamboo scaffolds. However, we were the leader in the industrial revolution, and our technics are used throughout the world.
Dude...the Statue of Liberty was built by the French.
Or clothing made in a,erica. Without imports we would all be nudists sitting in homes without televisions
We could all wear military uniforms, those are made here (only because we can pay the blind well below minimum wage).
I like it, we will have us labor control our fields, we will all wear the states uniform and drive the states cars. We will live in the states housing and wait in the states breadlines.
All hail nationalism and down with those capitalist imperialist dogs!
Or not.
You know, cause that method failed, pretty hard, really hard actually.
If the car I buy is made by honest workers earning a living wage and supporting their family, that's good enough for me. Why would I care what country they live in?
OP, you have given me absolutely no reasons why I SHOULD buy an American car -- only reasons why YOU DO buy one. Plese be more careful when composing your subject lines. Thank you for your opinion, but I do not share it.
American companies are very good at paying their execs big bucks while moving manufacturing and supply sources as far away from Americans as they can. I love the fact that ignorant nationalists are cheering on high paying execs for stamping an American name on a foreign made product while spitting on the blue collar American families that are currently making the most American vehicles on the market for foreign manufacturers like Toyota in factories on American soil.
At the end of the day, I buy whatever car is best to achieve my goals within my available budget. I have zero brand loyalty and will likely own vehicles from many different manufacturers in my lifetime.
