What illegal actions did she do that would make her lose her license? She didn't break any laws.

We will continue to have road rage because of this mentality. Who cares if someone wants to go faster. Just let them by. Be the better person.

Even when I'm doing 14 over, I still move over for the faster ones. I'm not saying they are right, but it keeps the peace.

That all is OK but "equally responsible" - what was that?

As long as you are not flicking people off, tailgating, passing on the right in an aggressive manner, fishtailing and hitting light posts than you wouldn't bother me.

I do the same thing. I go about 5 over and if someone wants to pass me for the sake of going faster, I get right over for two reasons. Most important of which is so he/she can go up ahead and run scout for me.

If she got off her " I'll show him" attitude by proving a point by slowing passing, she would have never been tailgated or flipped off.

Passing vehicles on the left while traveling over the speed limit does not constitute impeding traffic.
And you're smoking what today? I've watched the video at least 20 times. At the beginning her front bumper is even with the driver's door of a flatbed.
:16-:25 rear wheels of the flatbed appear
:29 rear wheels of the flatbed appear
:34 rear wheels of the flatbed appear
1:20 same flatbed same rear wheels (by this time she's had a full minute 1:20 to get her gas pedal down another 1/8 the inch and use up the couple of available mph ticks on her speedometer and easily and safely complete her pass).

Problem is... Even when you intend to move over for someone going faster than you, after you have passed those going slower than you and you have achieved a safe distance, it is never soon enough for people like the az in the truck.

Personally, when i am driving at the speed limit, i feel NO obligation to speed up so i can clear the lane for someone already endangering everyone while riding my bumper.
