You said it wasn't offered as a factory option, period. Nothing about it not being offered on your car, my car, or anybody else's car.

If someone wants to paint yellow polka dots on their car why is it any of your business?

Ummm.......... it's not. And I never said it was. I just opined that painting a car a certain color specifically because it didn't come in that color from the factory is silly. And it is. Most people who go for custom repaints actually choose a color because they like it.

It wasn't a factory option, for my car. No different had I said Yellow or Green, which are common on other models but also not offered for my car. Do you honestly think I didn't know that that color exists when I helped my family purchase half a dozen new cars, some in that exact color?

Where did I say I wanted baby blue because it wasn't offered? I want it because I love it and I would have chosen it had it been available for the Civic.

You're obviously creating a conversation that never happened except inside your head.

Hard to say; maybe royal blue, or maybe like the old 1970's AMC cars of bright orange or bright green.

As much as I love the color of my truck I think I would have to pick any color other than fire engine red. Maybe a silver or tan or sand color.

Which everybody knows because they can read your mind.

I'd probably go with Nissan's "Dark Cherry." Great color.

You have to read my mind to know baby blue is offered on some cars and not others?

Nope. You just have to read your mind to know it wasn't offered on YOUR car since it was offered as a factory color which you claimed it was not.

Think indeed =)

I have to spell out that I am talking about my own car and not the entire automotive line of the world when the question is what would *I* do with the color of *MY* car if I won a free paint job?

Pearly light pink - if that even exists in the auto paint world.
