Again, you're either making up conversations in your head or just did misunderstood what I said. It's really not rocket science.
And I still think it's silly to paint a car a certain color just because it wasn't a factory option.

I want purple for my dream car: A nice rich amethyst.

There have been a few plum-ish colors available over the years, but never a good purple. I don't know why.
Yes, thank you.

Everyone else seems to clearly understand what I said, except this one person who keeps making up conversations that never happened.

Again, made up conversation in your head.

Can't get any clearer than that.

Orange, Green, Purple, Yellow, Pink, and dozens of other colors aren't offered as a factory option either. So don't you think I specifically picked baby blue for reasons other than not being offered as a factory option?

Apparently any other reason is secondary to the fact that it wasn't a factory option because that's the only reason you stated.

So I picked baby blue over yellow, orange, green, pink and other colors not available from factory because it simply wasnt a factory option. Not because I like it or anything.

If that makes sense in your head then cool, we'll just go with that.

Actually it doesn't make any sense at all. That's why I said it was silly.

What doesn't make sense?

That I love baby blue and since it isn't available from the factory I would get it as an aftermarket?

Again, not rocket science.
