I believe the year to be somewhere between 1911 and 1913, with 1913 seeming like the most likely year. The car is probably American-made, but that's about all that I know. Some folks have suggested a type of Ford or Ria, but no one has proposed anything very certain. There's a maker's emblem on the front, but I can't make it out.
It took a lot of time with a photo editor but I almost believe this to be true. The reflection from lighting is too harsh on the museum car so it was hard to see the radiator emblem clearly, though they are similar.
