I saw a beautifully restored 1953 or 1954 Nash Rambler CONVERTIBLE today! It was painted a nice metallic bronze color, and had four smiling people driving in it! I haven't seen a Nash Rambler convertible in fifty years or so! I was very impressed.

My neighbor's 1967 mustang which makes a racket (a good V8 racket) every time he starts it up, roared down the cul-de-sac this morning. It only seems to run about once a week. Also have another neighbor (British, of course) that has a gorgeous cherry red 1964 Jaguar E-type convertible- makes a lovely sound from its straight six.

Lots of classic cars in California. They last a long time out of the snow.

I saw a 49 or 50 Ford today. It was on a trailer, but I have seen it running around town before. And yesterday I had my 27 Ford out for a little trip to run some errands.

I see a built 32 Ford every few days......a few guys have them in town. Another guy has a fleet of old Cadillacs and he drives one of them almost every day.

Since the advent of Cars & Coffee events every Saturday morning year round, it's quite common to see classic cars on the weekends.

Seeing pre-70s cars on the road is not a rare event.

I saw a nice 50's Chevy Nomad last evening at a traffic light. I wanted to make a left on the green and assumed he was going straight so I waited. He put his arm out and made a left, no turn signal. They had to have had turn signals back then so I guess his car wasn't 100% functioning or he wasn't.

Great images, Merc; thank you!

There's a late forties Merc up the road for sale, he drives it every week or so to keep it up.
