Nah, reseating the bead isn't that difficult. Little bit of ether, a flame, and an air hose, and you're set.

I do that as well but always try the ratchet strap approach first which works 98% of the time. Works on big tires and small.

The ratchet strap was the first thing I tried. Although that was how I eventually got the air back in the tire, the thin-walled 2-ply tire buckled unevenly around the wheel.

I've used the ratchet strap several times. I can set those little tires, but I am not a fan.
