My state, Mass. is moving towards the gantry system. They want everyone to have one those transponders that automatically deduct the toll when you drive through at 60mph. No thanks I don't drive enough on toll roads to be tracked like that.
I haven't been to Logan Airport in a while but the last time driving out through the Ted Williams tunnel, they used to have a tool booth but not anymore. A few weeks later I got a bright orange envelope with a bill in it. I wrote a check and mailed it but what a pain. It is the future.
