Hello i have a question.. I got a 2007 chrysler in sep 2013 i still owe about $10,000 around there. But when i got the car it was sold "as is". I kinda regret it now, the car is perfect but
i want to trade it, i need a car with warranty ?? Is it possible i can????

Yes, but you will paying the price of a new car plus the $10,000 you still owe on this car. You will be upside down in your payments and your payments will be higher of course.

Also, you said the car is perfect, it might be cheaper to keep her then. You can perform preventive maintenance by staying on top of service schedule and have it inspected by a good shop. That extra money you will be paying out in an upside down loan, just put it aside in case you will need it should something goes wrong.

How do you figure. OPs vehicle has some value. The 10k owed balance would be offset by the value in the vehicle

OP I would just keep the car. If you purchased a new car for say 25k and say you broke even on your trade you would be taking on 15k more debt than you currently have. If you owed more than the trade in was worth you would add that balance to the potential 25k
