Catherine Butler Arrested For DWI Twice In 3 Hours -- Once In Zombie Makeup

What a winner!

I would hope New York, or any other state would not allow her to operate a vehicle ever again.

Around here, you're usually in jail for more than 3 hours for the first one, so such a feat is generally unheard of.

Yeah if they would have held onto her for at least 12 hours she likely would have been legally sober upon release. Not sure that would have helped in this case, this moron would have probably headed straight for the nearest bar.

There's people running around my city on 5 or 6 convicted DWIs. Somehow, they don't get jail time ...

Three hours; it would take more than that to process and release here because if he is drunk four hours or someone else has to pick the person up.

I thought in NY after 1 DUI you get a breathalyzer installed in car? Maybe this is a new law or her others were out of state.

In Venture County, CA, you go to jail for a weekend after your first DUI but you get to SCHEDULE IT! : ok:

It depends on the timing between convictions though I do not know the actual numbers. I think she will be looking at a minimum of 3 years until she can be re-licensed. Though, that doesn't stop some from driving.
