Rubbing alcohol and a dry cloth.

By using a soft rubbing compound and a clean cotton towel.

WD-40 , which is basically kerosene and a wiping cloth.... Remember to wash the area with a car soap after so it doesn't go through your clear coat.

You can use
WD40
Lighter fluid
Goof off
Wash and then wax the area when done
