I am conducting a survey on human behaviors in the car. Please help me out by answering both questions below with your answer.

1. When riding in the car do you usually hold on?

A. Yes
B. Sometimes
C. No

2. If you do hold on, which of the handles do you usually hold?

A. The one above the door
B. The one on the dashboard
C. The one on the car door next to the window controls
D. The one you use to get in the car. (This one is usually located on the car door panel across from the mirror)
E. Another option

3. If you do hold on, when do you usually use the handle you selected?

A. The entire car ride
B. On sharp turns
C. On quick stops
D. On both sharp turns and quick stops
E. While your driving. No particular time.
F. I only use them to help me get in and out of the car.

Thank you very much for your help in advance!

I really don't "hold on" per se, but I am not a good passenger. I hate not being in control of the car and find myself tensing up and pushing on the floor when we come to red lights. When I was married and had to ride with my wife, it was like torture, and I was a terrible back seat driver.

I don't hold on.
If I need to for a minute I grab over the door.

If there is a sudden stop I hold my baby on my lap tighter
and put my beer between my knees....(((kidding)))...

When I ride with my wife driving I don't hold on to anything because my hands are usually to busy folded in Prayer!

Seriously I don't usually grab anything.

It depends on the seat and the driver.
If I am in a nice bucket seat with good support, really no need to hold on to anything unless there is a wild man/women at the driver seat. If I am in a bench seat, usually the handle on the door while cornering.
