I just called Toyota and they said to bring it in that they will fix it. Thank you for the link as it was very helpful.

Well, I called Toyota and they were aware of the problem. They had me bring it in, they changed the oil and then put a seal on the oil input, and told me to come back after 1100 to 1300 miles. If it has used oil, then they will repair it. The repair is free but they will charge for the oil change, but as I told them, neither of the persons that I spoke to told me they would charge for that and besides I just had the oil changed 3 days prior. They did not charge me for that. I want to thank all of you for your help. Also, I asked about the brand of oil and they said gtx was fine.

That's a pretty standard oil consumption test. Most manufacturers charge for the oil change, but if the net result is fixing the problem, then it's well worth it.

Hopefully they take care of you.

I gotta say I'm surprised they're willing to fix it with 128k miles on it.

I am as well, but then again, it is a known issue. I had a SAAB that GM replaced the engine in at 98K miles.

Agreed, however in this case Toyota extended the warranty on this car to address this specific problem.

It happens all the time in special circumstances. I received a letter from Infiniti stating they would extend the warranty ONLY on my electric cooling fan to 10 years/100K miles as it was a VERY common failure point on the car. Everything else on the car was covered by terms of factory warranty.
