Sure you can. All my leased service trucks were sold. I just called the bank found out the buyout. I simply sold it girl more than the buyout. Then paid off the buyout price and kept the remaining money.

Go to CarMax and they'll show you the numbers. The buyout goes down each month after each payment.

Only a dealer can give you the exact numbers. Might be better off trading in for a used vehicle at your BMW dealership. Definitely go to multiple dealers and get the numbers.
