Buy 2nd price from the bottom at any parts store and you'll be fine. Otherwise, go to any your Honda specific forums and folks will tell you who to use online. We had several Hondas never had issues with aftermarket parts.

Honda dealers are trying to charge me absurd prices, such as $35 for a cabin air filter. I am looking for a good place online that sells OEM parts and filters.

Amazon or Autozone. Just go online and search - make sure there are reviews of the parts you are interested in.

If you buy engine or cabin filters from them how likely is it they will get damaged during shipping?

OEM does not necessarily mean better. I had to purchase a sway bar for my car recently, OEM version was hollow tube and probably one of the reasons it was so easily damaged becsue it was cracked righ around the edge where they would of had to squeeze the tube together and weld. While it's probably overkill the non OEM replacement was solid. Just make sure you are buying quality replacements from reputable manufacturers.
