I'm confused, is that your workplace or your mode of transportation to work.

Manual Transmission. It fundamentally changes the entire driving experience. Everything else is just nice to have.

I'm curious how many people insisting on a manual transmission have any sort of measurable commute in traffic on a daily basis.

All of these plus a good Nav system, I find it really useful in my work finding streets. Also, my car has both heated AND cooled seats which is a real pleasure when it's hot outside.

That's for the "work" car. I also have a sporty car and the only requirement there is convertible top, manual transmission and it has to go REALLY fast (I caught myself hitting 126 mph on the way to Vegas).

Yep. Far prefer a modern manual transmission with a light clutch in traffic than an automatic in traffic. My right leg always ends up bothering me in heavy traffic in an automatic.

Backup camera - love it in my wife's Rav4
Memory seat - wished her Rav4 had it
Satellite radio - love it in her car - never had it before
Auto down windows
Power rear window - love it in my 4Runner - Toyota should put it on all their suv's
Steering wheel audio controls
Dual climate control for driver and passenger - Rav4 has it and it is awesome
