For me it's:

Power one-touch (up and down) windows
Climate control w/ vents in backseat (so many cars skimp on this)
Leather (the synthetics smell like petrol to me)
Backup camera
High end audio system
CD/DVD player
Two USB ports
HOLD function (let's you take your foot off the brake at stoplights while car stays in Drive)
Power trunk/hatch

Fast
Bluetooth audio streaming and phone
Excellent seats

Everything else, I'm flexible on, depending on the total package.

Keyless entry and start. That is a deal breaker for me. I like to keep my fob in my pants pocket

We all want you to keep your fob in your pants pocket

For me
back up camera
Manual trans
Remote start/tracking alarm with my smart phone
Power windows (only because usually someone wants to ask something on the pass side of car.)
Power mirrors. (One time having a car with no power mirrors and someone knocks the pass side wonky you'll wish you had power mirrors) if you haven't repeatedly had to get in and out to align the mirror you dint know what you're missing
Gotta be able to get out of its own way. I dont need fast anymore cause I'll get in trouble. Again.
