My friend was in the passenger seat and I was like "You buckled?" He was like "Yeah, of course I am." I was like "Good, HOLD ON!!" and slammed the breaks. Normal people would, in turn, slam on their brakes, swerve to get out of the way, do any avoidance strategy possible not to hit the car in front of you, but this kid? No... He slammed right into the back of my car and pushed it about 20 feet. When we finally stopped I had to drive my car off of his (he hit me so hard, this car was stuck on my car and I had to drive off of it).

I looked in my rear view mirror and saw his car totaled. His hood was smashed up to his windshield, whole from front the car totaled... I grabbed my digital camera and got out of my car ready to beat the **** out of the kid. I looked at my car and there was no damage at all. It bent my license plate and totaled his car. He hit my bumper and trailer hitch, it demolished his whole entire car. It leaked antifreeze, transmission fluid and oil all over the road.... I started laughing and went and sat back in my car and waited for the police.

.....Just bent my license plate.

What a dumbass, you should have your license revoked. "brake checking" is illegal, YOU caused an accident and are at fault. You sound like a real toughguy "ready to beat the **** out of the kid" so you were going to add assault to your list of dumbassery, what a hero.

Brake checking is stupid, it will get you killed.

People who get hit in the rear typically loses control and often runs into guard rails or on coming traffic like how Bruce Jenner rear ended the Lexus and killed the poor driver.

So don't ever brake check someone, you're gonna pay the price.

That's pretty stupid. I would never slam on my brakes for a tailgater. I had a tailgater yesterday (Friday, Feb. 26) and I was going about 79 mph in the middle lane on a 3 lane interstate, I tapped my brakes maybe getting down to 77, just enough so my brake light would come on for a second. He got the hint and passed me. Tapping the brakes is okay, but I wouldn't drop by more than 5 mph.

Also I do move over and let them pass when it is prudent.

Slamming on the brakes to CAUSE an accident? Terrible, terrible idea, I'm not sure I've ever heard something so dumb. Especially with a passenger.

I pull over and let them pass.

Your actions and aggressions towards others is going to get somebody hurt or worse.

You are not a police officer and it is not your responsibility to deliver justice.

That being said your self preservation instinct is weak.

Good job. You committed a crime. You shouldn't be allowed to drive on the road with others.

If someone is tailgating you, you safely slow down until the gap between the person behind you and yourself is appropriate for the speed you are traveling. You do not slam the brakes to cause an accident. Your hazardous driving is ridiculous. You are expected to do your best to maintain an appropriate distance with the cars behind and in front of you. Simply apply the break safely and compensate of the distance.
