I have 130,000 miles a Civic. Total maintenance cost is about $100 a year. It always works. Just oil and gas and go. Tesla on the other hand isn't even recommended by Consumer Reports due to poor reliability. EVs are probably good maintenance wise. Tesla just sucks building cars of any drivetrain.

No we're not in the desert for the palm trees. You see there's these folks called "terrorist". Getting involved with global military engagements is part of being a large superpower. See Vietnam, Korean War, World Wars 1 and 2, etc.

If they survive that long. And survive the first few recalls and burning batteries before everybody drops their order for the next best thing that comes out.

Again, thank you for your concern. You enjoy your civic, I'll enjoy my model 3.

I only make $11.25/hr (and minimum wage around here is 10.50) so I won't be buying a car right away lol.

But Tesla is an awesome company and this is yet another awesome car from them.

Although, instead of simply removing the grille and leaving the place where the grill went on the Model S, I would have made the front more sloped/aerodynamic, like KITT on Knight Rider.
Sloped/Aero car designs are a thing of the past... at least until a new pedestrian safety technology arrives.
