I purchased a car in feb 2016 paid cash the car had power steering problems the dealer stil havent fixed it he gave me a loaner but i want the car i paid from and he wont return my money and i still dont have the car as of today 06/2/16..how can i get a refund i have the bill of sale and a receipt for the purchase...

by the way, make sure that any settlement from the dealer includes your attorneys fees. no reason you should have to pay for a lawyer when the dealer is the one causing the problems.

get a lawyer and make sure you bring the title.

You have been just TOO patient, A P/s pump DOES NOT take almost 5-months to fix. Secondly i would ask them for a new car of equal value and if they don't give it to you i'd begin finding an lawyer immediately. Not to be an a** but i think your choice in vehicle also wasn't very good to begin with, HHR's are known for having P/S & Transmission issues; Think of this experience as dodging a bullet - instead of being stuck with a car that can very well be a lemon; You've been given a chance at a do-over to pick an more reliable vehicle.
