Actually I think tire flies are still a fad.....
Just like those windshield squirter LEDs.
As far as microwaves in cars....that's been done too. Ever watch "Pimp My Ride"? They put coffee makers, bowling ball polishers, chandeliers...in cars....so I'm sure they can do/have done them too.

My Audi has Porsche 996 calpers and 993 rotors I hope that would not make a future list since I do track the car and it is over 300hp, I am safe right

Worst automotive trend? That's easy: pickup trucks in last few years with beds so high off the ground that you need to be at least 6' 5" to reach at anything inside... 
Sorry...but at 5'6", they just aren't practical for me...

Its those "buick holes"
Oncce upon a time, Buicks had 3 or 4 small holes at the rear top of both fenders near the doors. This symbolized a Buick. Now these holes are on everymake and model known-suvs, camrys, Impalas. now these holes are a joke. What will be screwed up next?LOL
