Any owners of this hot hatch here? How is the reliability, quality and driving experience of this car? The specs seem rather sweet and the car looks pretty nice. Going to go check it out this evening!!!

I am on my third. I bought one in 2013, then sold it when I moved for work a year later. Have had a '15 and now a '16 on a company lease. I love the performance (better if you don't have all-season tires), the quality and reliability are better than you would expect (the car was subject to a few TSBs, but most of the issues have been worked out by now). The '16 has the new SYNC 3 system (much better than the predecessor). Let me know if you have any specific questions once you've test driven it.

I just bought a '16 Focus ST, and only have a little over 1,000 miles on it so far. I commute in the DC area, and the manual transmission is the best I've ever driven and 90% of my vehicles have had standards in my 36 years of driving. Torque is early and doesn't drop off until around 6k RPM, so it's very commute friendly in that way. The ESP system is a bit intrusive for my tastes, but putting it into Sports Mode cures that ill. I have the ST1 package and love the cloth seats. They are bolstered just right for me and are very comfortable. This will be a great travel vehicle along with daily commuting duties.
With three tanks so far I've averaged around 25 MPG in mixed driving during my 60 mile per day commute. One thing I appreciate is that Ford tuned it for 87 octane with a slight drop off of 8 horsepower. I don't notice the difference in seat of pants driving.
With the Ford Focus RS out now, I expect lots people dumping their STs. I'm actually more interested in the Fiesta ST than the Focus because I like fast small hatches that are nimble and quick.

Well, I don't think this is true at all and not sure why you think that. For one thing, dealers are marking RSs up $5,000 and discounting STs by the same. So you're looking at a $21k to $40k comparison which is in the apples to oranges territory. I'm not sure how many ST owners would be willing to nearly double their purchase price to buy an RS and take the depreciation hit on top of this.
In regards to the Fiesta ST versus Focus ST, trust me, the Focus is just as nimble and quicker with more room. They are discounting the Focus ST by $2,000 more, so it was an easy pick for me.

Get the Fiesta. Unless you need room to carry 3+ people. It's fine for 2. I'm biased though.

Not going to happen for a variety of reasons, but the two most important ones are (to re-state what Robert said above, damn it, I need to start reading threads before responding):
1. The RS is extremely difficult to find without paying ridiculous dealer markups (plus, there was an issue with some '16s that shoveled production into '17, so it's going to be even rarer for a bit longer).
2. The RS costs twice as much as a trade-in on a new-ish ST and I doubt "lots" of people can afford to sink another twenty grand into a performance hatch.

Having driven both extensively, I can safely say both are plenty nimble and quick. The Fiesta does have a considerably smaller footprint, if that's your thing, but the interior is much more basic.
