Saw a Nissan GTR today at Best Buy, also saw a BMW i8 parked at the country club. The GTR is fairly common around here, but you don't see too many i8's.

I passed a Rolls this morning on my way to work. It's an upper middle class area, but it still seemed out of place.

I saw an i8 yesterday and a couple of dudes have old R32 GT-Rs in town. The look so weird and small compared to the current car...or any car for thag matter. Now that they are 25 years old and legal, I suspect they will become more common.

I thought the Police Lamborghini in the Christmas Parade a couple of weeks ago was pretty spectacular. It belongs to the police department one town over.....apparently they have a much classier bunch of miscreants over there.

I saw an 80+ year old woman in a mint-condition 65 Mustang convertible at Trader Joe's.

Where I live Google is testing a fleet of autonomous cars. I see them driving around at least 5 or 6 times a day. They've been here most of the year and I still think it's freaky to see someone "behind the wheel", but not driving the car.

I'd always hoped we'd have flying cars way before self driving ones.

Yesterday at the dentist I saw a 1962 Corvair, & talked to the owner...the ORIGiNAL owner. He took me for a ride. My HS boyfriend's 1st car was a '62 Corvair. I had to push it down the street to start it (didn't know how to pop the clutch back then), and we could watch the road underneath it go by from the holes in the floor. Also, the motor mounts were broken, so the engine was chained down. This one was in much better condition...memories!

We saw a Toyota Mirai, the fuel cell car, at Costco.

Especially considering he's gone blind since then.
He designed the new Prius as well. Very nice gesture by Toyota to employ the disabled.

LOL

That would be Tom Peters.

He also designed the C6 and C7 Corvette.

We all make mistakes.
