There's probably a wolf stuck in your differential, happens all the time.

Disconnecting the driveshaft won't do anything. Your front axle rotates if the truck is moving. You do not have hubs you can disengage the front differential.
Mist likely since you changed bearings wheel hubs and ball joints it's most likely a carrier bearing. Probably the pinion bearing.
Drop the front diff cover and see f you find metal shavings. You could be low on oil. Change it to a thicker oil and if the noise is less or not as loud it's most likely the carrier.

Could be tires. Try a rotation and see if the noise moves.

Sure it's not the rear end? Chasing noise around can be devilish. Just did rear wheel bearings on my Camry, as they were far easier to do than the fronts. I wasn't hoping for much, as the noise was clearly from in front of me... but the noise is now gone. Guess my ears aren't so good at direction.

Can you put the truck onto jackstands and (very carefully!) put into drive? Wander around with the stethoscope and see if you can narrow it down.

Take your truck to a garage, put her on a hydraulic lift, with the wheels a little off the ground, run it in gear. See where the sound is coming from.

^^^^^^
No load free wheeling might not generate the noise. The noise might be made only while under load.
