Personally, I like the styling of the 360 better. But, the F430 is more powerful, lighter, and significantly quicker. It's also cheaper to maintain, due to having chain driven cams instead of belts like the 360 (which must be replaced every 3 years, and it's an engine out procedure, costly.)
That being said... a 360 with a turbo kit would be my choice here.
The 360 Modena would probably be the most realistic Ferrari for somebody aspiring to the brand. 355's before that were maintenance nightmares and 430's are still going to be very expensive I would imagine.
360's are still cool cars. I still remember a chance encounter I had with a bright yellow one on a grey dreary day in Portland, OR a long time ago when I was much younger and still obsessed with cars. So that one has always stood out in my mind.
