Armor All these new wash wipes out now, that you are suppose to be able to wipe the outside of your car with. I know it doesn't work as good as washing a car, but I'm wondering if its good for QUICK IN BETWEEN washes.

Who's used it, did they work?

Brand of the product notwithstanding, there is no way in hell I would allow anything to be dragged over the surface of my paint without the car having been washed with a clean wash sponge and water immediately prior. Especially living in the desert.

Your car will be clean but all scratched/swirled up.

i use a similar product, meguires spray on wax and wipe. I works pretty good . the product I use requires spray on, wipe off with a rag, and leaves a good shine. I use it occasionally, when I dont want to pay for a car wash.

If you use products like these without washing the car first, you are dragging dirt across the paint. Sure.... it may look shiny for a moment until the fillers used to hide the scratches the wipe caused are washed out of the scratches. But then you are left with a huge mess that will be quite expensive to fix. There is no substitute for properly washing a vehicle. Especially not the garbage that Armor All comes out with.

Wrong.

That greasy mess they leave does nothing but leave chemical traces on the inside of your car with little to no protective ability.

303 Protectant is about as good as you can get if you are looking to protect your interior but it's quite a bit more expensive. If you aren't looking to spend as much and want to pay about the same as Armor All, get Meguiar's natural shine protectant ($4 for a bottle on Amazon).
