WalMart 'mechanics' are the same ones that are fired from Jiffy Lube for incompetence.

No they don't. They do a very poor job on tires.

a better tire would probably last longer. And any type of auto service is probably questionable. Unless you really like contributing to the Walton's fortune consider going to a local establishment for tires and alignment.

Going cheap on tires and repairs leads to trouble down the road. Pun intended. That was my point.

Considering tires are the only part of the car that touches the road, and all the braking, steering, and gizmos like ABS, traction control, etc are transmitted through the tires to the road...I don't want cheap tires. I want tires that won't cause me to lose control.

They ruined my transmission when i had a oil change done at Walmart and i called walmart and they were no help they did not want to pay the transmission repair or give me a refund on oil change or any money so i would never buy tires or do a alignment or any other auto thing at walmart

WHY on earth would you trust them with your car for any kind of work to be done????

Find a real mechanic.
