This is good. Hybridization increases gas mileage significantly in real world driving even though EPA testing may not show it. For example a small car typically gets in the 20s in city driving, usually low 20s. My C-Max has 190hp and gets 40mpg in city and highway

But...China owns Volvo now. Who are these Swedes in the article? Do they work for the Chinese company? Can someone explain this?

Volvo vehicles are still manufactured in Sweden and Belgium. In addition to China.
