We're down to four cars, well, two are trucks, and two small motorcycles. There'd been as many as fourteen or fifteen cars and I don't know how many motorcycles and ATVs. They just seem to collect around here. Hopefully one of the trucks will go away soon. It would be really nice to get down to a car, a van, a truck and the two little motorcycles. I think we're almost there.
Just 3.
One is crud, the other two decent shape.
Two outside,one garaged.
Can't be the other two vehicles I want until I upgrade to a bigger garage.
Oh well.
When I was single I had three (all registered and insured....not yard art).....1971 Dodge Challenger......1966 Ford Fairlane 500.....1977 Grand Prix SJ.....got married and down to just mine and hers
Highest number was 4. daily driver, project car, one company car and another one was a local purchase. didn't need them all so currently 2 (dd and project).
In 2004, I had 40 at one time. Had 'em at fellow car nut friends houses, my place, and public storage shed. About half were (or could have been) daily drivers, the rest were parts cars. I'm down to my core group of 12 now, with 6 parts cars I need to finish stripping. I also had some at the yard of whatever trucking company I was working for at the time. You also have to know, I was buying plain, not collectable ones. I have always valued quantity over quality, although I did have some really nice cars I got dirt cheap. The most expensive car I had then cost $1200 (and I still have it), the cheapest two were free. And I still have those two.
But my brother who's the moneybags of the family has five Harleys in his garage, plus a Miata and a Ford F350.
