At least in my state the law is "keep right except to pass" so agree that if you are going slow you should be in the right lane. Otherwise you will be getting passed on both sides which is much more dangerous

Try to get a general idea of what people are talking about before offering your precious .02. That way you might not look as pathetic.

I can't be going the speed limit and "going slow" at the same time now, can I? The whole point was to show that going speed limit pisses people off. I saw that perfectly clear. By going 55 in the right lane I would **** much more people off, because I would be going slower than everybody else on the road, AND I would be in the way of traffic entering highway.

Dont admit to any speed. Check if the speed trap was properly set up. Ask for radar operator verification is up to date, radar calibration is up to date. Answer no police questions, the judge asks the questions , and you can ask.

There has to be accurate speed on the radar, and testing done before use, and yearly certification records.

If they cant provide accurate records, ticket should be tossed. The cop should not forget any evidence, as he is professional and knows what he is doing.

Dont admit to nothing! Its your right.
