All depends on your metric and the source - didn't take the time to run down the original research: Men do seem to be more proficient than women at certain driving tasks. However, this slight edge in ability doesn’t translate into better driving records. The kinds of accidents men get into are generally the result of their riskier behavior. According to one study, men are more than three times as likely to be ticketed for “aggressive driving†than women, and more than 25 percent as likely to be at fault in an accident.
And the young (under age 30) Saudi male who is allowed to neither drink nor touch a woman he's not married to so often channels his excess aggression, testosterone, and whatever else into playing Fast and Furious on roads and in dunes late at night after the mullahs have gone to bed.

Researchers at the University of Michigan analyzed 6.5 million car crashes in the U.S. between 1998 and 2007. Female drivers were found to be involved in 68.1 percent of all crashes, according to The Daily Mail.
The results are especially surprising given that men were found to drive 60 percent of the time, while women only 40 percent. In other words, women got in more accidents despite driving less than the opposite sex.
There's a difference between causing an accident and being in an accident. Oh and there are more women on the planet than men.
Not until ISIS gets there, which they inevitably will.
ISIS will reach Saudi? That's not even a possibility. Saudi Arabia has pretty good protection and safety in their country.

Last I checked the Bible also had some verses in stoning for adultery. And women's marches do occur in the Middle East. Of course what American women march for is different than what Muslim women march for. And the women who care about Muslim women have and continue to speak out for them.

Enlightened ideology for sure. We do know nations ruled by Islamic principles and cultures are all about women's & girl's rights. In real life.
You're projecting quite a bit. How quickly we forget how much homophobia resulted from the Bible as well as the crusades and mistreatment of women. Why do NO OTHER ISLAMIC NATIONS BAN WOMEN FROM DRIVING THEN? Oh, because the religion says nothing about it. Last I checked India has atrocious rates of violence against women but they aren't Muslim. Last I checked the Myanmar government is murdering and raping innocent women and children. Disrespect for women and girls is due to patriarchy and male dominance. It cracks me up how people act like violence is due to religion exclusively; no it's due to men. Who was religion created by really? Men. Get real here. Women around the world continue to be treated like second class citizens by men. Of course it's worse in developing nations because of lack of education and collectivist cultural and yes due to religion. It's a culmination of things.
