I am selling a 2004 Dodge Neon SXT for $1500 and took $100 off asking for $1300 and someone offered $1100. Originally $1000 but, all he says all he can pay is $100 more) I am not sure if I am selling this car for cheap, but really could use this money. It needs a new oil sensor light, the front windows don't go down except the back seat ones that roll down and it also needs some weather strips but, other than that it works great, AC runs cool and radio works perfect. Should I say firm with my offer or let it go? Also, he doesn't appear to be hurting for cash from what I could see. There are pics of flashing jewelry, new sport cars, fancy stuff, it makes me question why they couldn't just meet me at my original price which, would only be $200 more.

Most people make a counter price half way between his and yours so try $1,200. But if you really want to get rid of it and there doesn't seem to be much interest in it better take his $1,100 if he balks.
I made an offer of $1200 and not sure what he will say, I just don't feel comfortable selling it for anything near $1000 because it really is still a nice car. Anyways we will see what he says, I'm in no rush of selling it atm. Thanks for all the advice, I really appreciate it!!
Cut your loses. You can wait, if thry is heavy intrest in the car. Besides that, why wait another month for $100 bucks? Its a waste of your time showing.
Checking Craigslist for your make and model seems to indicate $1500 for a car in perfect condition, your car has some issues so $1000 would be a reasonable price to expect .= https://www.google.ca/search?source=....0.62lDNeeUZ5Y
I agree-that car is no longer made and not made well. Take the offer and be done with it. No point in losing you're one possible only buyer over $100
