Salvaged title because of flood damage......yet the car is mint and brand new

The manufacturer would have no way to "flag" cars that "may" have been in a puddle and therefore cancel warranty coverage on it. If there is no reported damage to a car and it's not salvaged, either, a manufacturer refusing to honor the warranty of that car would be in violation of most state laws.

MMM,, VIN has everything to do with it. they know exactly where those cars are and have been.

The manufacturer doesn’t own the cars on dealer lots. It’s not up to them on whether a car is salvaged or not.
