Conversely, I don't recall ever seeing a used Journey on a lot in my area.
So now that we have two firsthand anecdotes that effectively cancel each other out, can we just delete this thread before it's inundated with 10 pages of posts from "experts" who have no direct experience with the model weighing in on why nobody in their right mind would drive one?

Sorry Guys the Car complaints website doesn't lie and can not be Bought. It's been known for a while that Dodge dosn't really make reliable vehicles.
I've owned 3 dodges and currently own a 2017 Dodge Durango so i call it like i see it!
Hey Hitman, if you already owned 3 Dodges and knew they were dogs, then why did you buy your fourth one?
I’d be cautious about buying one, especially used.

If you absolutely needed a 7 passenger vehicle for 20k then, well, it’s your only option. I think I’d buy a more mainstream model used though.

We also had 2001 Durango 5.2L That ate, 2 transmissions and 2 set of ball joints in the 8 years we owned it.
Even though they were all covered under warranty it still left a bad taste in my mouth.
So I've been doing online research, and it seems like multiple used car lots around my way are filled to the brim with Dodge Journey SUV's, often with under 40,000 miles, and with a price tag usually under $20k. Is there a reason for this phenomenon when it comes to this particular make and model?
Lots went out for fleet's use plus a lot more were leased.
