The 3.8 liter, STRAIGHT six in that Jag was a great engine. Putting, and electric engine in that car is sacrilege.

I also own a vintage Jag and the sweet rumble of the exaust and the light whine of the supercharger is music to the ears of anyone who loves cars.

Might be sacrilege, but maybe the owner of the vehicle restored it, but the numbers matching motor could not be salvaged. At that point, you can throw whatever you want into it and maybe the owner thought an electric motor would be something different to tackle.

What makes me think, electric or not, that the Jaguar broke down about ten minutes later?
